CNC Operator Where Equipment Control and Ability Collide
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Fill the CNC machine with pre-made tools and raw materials. Holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials must be mounted, aligned, and fastened to machines.
Before starting the production run, run the first part and conduct a thorough inspection to confirm dimensional accuracy.
Use precision measurement tools, such as CMMs, bore gauges, vernier calipers, and micrometers, to frequently check parts to make sure they adhere to tolerance requirements.
Check for wear and tear on tools, and replace or sharpen them
as needed.
Respect all business safety regulations, particularly those pertaining to machine guarding, safe material handling, and donning the proper PPE.
