CNC Operator Producing Artworks Out of Material
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Setup and Operation of the Machine: Start the production cycle by loading raw materials into CNC machines.
Analyze technical drawings, symbols, and requirements to determine the measurements and tolerances needed for each component by reading blueprints.
Verify that completed items fulfill quality standards by using precision measurement tools such as depth gauges, Vernier calipers, and micrometers.
Tooling Maintenance: To avoid workpiece damage and preserve a superior finish, keep an eye on tool wear and replace any dull or damaged inserts or drill bits.
G-Code/M-Code Monitoring: Keep an eye on the machine control screen to make sure the program is running correctly; modify feed
rates and speed as necessary using small offsets.
Preventive maintenance: To extend the life of your equipment and avoid malfunctions, clean, lubricate, and check the coolant level on a daily basis.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: 8th, 10th or Above
