Bulk Hiring for Service Engineer Freshers
Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide warranty services from the time the product is delivered until the warranty expires.
assistance with the product/system commissioning on trains and locomotives
Complete all field scheduled activities (maintenance, overhaul, and retrofitting, among others) in a way that satisfies customer demands and FT goals.
Assist the Engineering and Quality teams in fixing problems efficiently. Ensure that specific tools are available and being used for Warranty and Customer support.
Make sure spares
are available for 0 km and warranty servicing, and effectively manage the site inventory needed for upkeep and overhaul.
Make careful to include field experience comments at every level to enhance product reliability.
Contest the customer's claim and prove the customer's warranty claim is real.
