Job Description:
Designing, creating, and managing the production of mechanical systems and equipment are the responsibilities of the mechanical engineer. This position covers every stage of the product lifetime, from R&D and initial concept to testing, installation, and maintenance. The ideal applicant ensures that designs are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and economical by applying the principles of force, energy, and motion. The mechanical engineer pushes the limits of innovation while ensuring that all products fulfill strict safety and performance criteria, whether they are working on consumer electronics, automotive systems, or heavy machinery.

Key Duties:
Design & Drafting: Use CAD software to produce intricate 2D and 3D models of mechanical parts and assemblies.
Analysis & Simulation: Prior to physical

prototyping, test designs for stress, thermal characteristics, and fluid flow using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
Testing and Prototyping: To verify design performance against technical requirements and safety standards, construct tangible prototypes and carry out thorough testing.
Manufacturing Support: Work with production teams to create manufacturing procedures, choosing suitable materials and techniques for fabrication.
Thermodynamics & Heat Transfer: Create systems that maximize energy efficiency by using combustion, refrigeration, and heat exchange.
Project management: To guarantee delivery within scope, oversee engineering projects by managing finances, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
