Boost Up Performance Hiring PS Maintenance Engineers
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Equipment Reliability: To guarantee uniform application thickness, oversee the maintenance of automated robotic sprayers, reciprocating machines, and manual spray guns.
Pretreatment & CED Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of Cathodic Electro-Deposition (CED) tanks, pumps, and filtration systems to guarantee optimum surface preparation.
Oven & Burner Calibration: To ensure paint hardness and adhesion, make sure baking and curing ovens maintain exact temperature profiles.
Air Handling & Filtration: Monitor and maintain Air Handling Units (AHUs) and high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters to preserve the "Clean Room" environment free of contaminants.
Conveyor System Management: To avoid production line stoppages, maintain
and troubleshoot floor or overhead conveyors, including chains, drives, and lubrication systems.
Chemical & Sludge Management: Oversee the maintenance of water-scrubber systems and sludge pits, ensuring effective paint overspray collection and chemical dosing.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
