Become an Engineer in Business Development and join our vibrant Business Development team at Our Company in Chennai. In this position, you will use your engineering knowledge to comprehend customer needs, find possible uses for our injection moulding capabilities, and provide technical and strategic assistance for the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
Determine new developments, market conditions, and unfulfilled demands in the injection moulding industry.
Establish and preserve solid bonds with both current and potential customers to promote trust and long-term collaborations.
/>Assist the sales team in reaching revenue and business development objectives.
Give internal teams market feedback so they may shape future service and product offers.
Create regular reports that include revenue projections, market data, and business development initiatives.
Represent the business at trade shows, industry exhibits, and networking gatherings to raise brand recognition and highlight our injection moulding skills.
Qualification:
Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented approach.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a passion for business growth.
Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Education: Any BE Degree
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
