Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Installation & Commissioning: Lead the onsite setup, assembly, and testing of new machinery to ensure it operates according to factory specifications and customer requirements.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures at customer sites and perform precision repairs to restore functionality.
Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled service contracts, performing routine inspections and part replacements to prevent unplanned breakdowns and extend machine life.
Technical Training: Conduct onsite training sessions for client operators and maintenance staff on machine operation, safety protocols,
and basic upkeep.
Field Reporting: Document all service activities, including detailed "Field Service Reports," root cause analysis of failures, and suggestions for equipment improvements or parts replacement.
Customer Relationship Management: Act as a technical advisor to clients, identifying needs for spare parts, upgrades, or replacement equipment.
