Job Description
Who you are:
Investigate intricate, sporadic, or system-wide malfunctions in electronic assemblies that are missed by conventional testing procedures using advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis. Create and alter high-fidelity models using early engineering drawings; recommend design adjustments to enhance thermal performance or assembly efficiency. Under a microscope, perform sophisticated rework on fine-pitch components such as BGA (Ball Grid Array), QFN packages, and minuscule 0201 resistors. Oversee the internal calibration program for all manufacturing and laboratory equipment, making sure that it can be traced back to national standards. Educate and oversee junior technicians on
ESD safety, soldering best practices, and the use of specialized testing tools. For new product lines, develop and record standardized testing procedures, "go/no-go" criteria, and troubleshooting flowcharts.
