Job Description:
The technological mastermind behind the production process in an injection molding facility is the PED Engineer. Developing, validating, and optimizing injection molding settings is your main task in order to guarantee consistent, high-quality output with short cycle times. Taking a new mold from the trial stage to mass production while making sure that all scientific molding principles are followed is your responsibility. The ideal applicant
is an expert in machine kinematics, mold design, and polymer behavior who is constantly focused on lowering scrap and enhancing process capabilities.
Key Skills:
Deep understanding of decoupled molding (Decoupled I, II, and III) is a sign of scientific molding expertise.
Strong knowledge of the rheology and processing properties of engineering plastics (PP, ABS, PC, PA66, etc.) is a prerequisite for polymer science.
Software Proficiency: Knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks and Mould Flow Analysis software.
Experience: 3 to 6 Yrs
