Job Description
Key Skills:
Expertise in Plastic Metrology: Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
In-depth understanding of the "Moulding Window" and the ways in which variables such as hold pressure and melt temperature affect part flaws is necessary for defect analysis.
Proficiency in using Minitab or comparable tools for DOE analysis and capability studies is known as statistical mastery.
Knowledge of industry standards, such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (automotive), or ISO 13485 (medical).
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
