Job Description
Who You Are:
Troubleshooting & Repair: On industrial machinery and infrastructure, you will promptly identify, fix, and replace malfunctioning electrical components, wiring, motors, drives (VFDs), control panels, and sensor systems.
Preventive Maintenance (PM): To avoid unplanned failures, you will carry out strict PM schedules for electrical assets, such as thermal scanning, testing motor insulation, and inspecting distribution boards.
Control Systems Support: You will help with the upkeep and fundamental troubleshooting of industrial control circuits, relays, and PLC input/output modules, frequently by reading and deciphering electrical schematics.
Installation
and Upgrades: You are in charge of making sure that all work complies with local and federal electrical codes while securely installing new electrical conduits, cabling, machinery hookups, and making adjustments to current electrical systems.
Safety and Compliance: You will strictly adhere to all plant safety protocols, especially Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and ensure all maintenance activities are documented accurately in the CMMS
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
