Be the Protector of Safety in the Role of QC Manager
Job Description
Experience: 10 to 13 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Quality Strategy & Planning: Create and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs), inspection schedules, and quality control processes for the whole manufacturing line.
Inspection Management: Manage the phases of final quality control (FQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), and incoming quality control (IQC).
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Use tools like as 8D, Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams, and the Five Whys to investigate product failures or customer complaints.
Statistical Process Control (SPC): Track process capability and stability using statistical methods to spot patterns before they lead to
non-conformities.
Compliance & Audits: Assure compliance with industry-specific safety and quality standards and get the facility ready for ISO audits.
Training & Leadership: Teach the production and quality control teams how to use precise measurement tools correctly, identify defects, and be conscious of quality.
