Job Description
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Production Planning & Execution: Follow the manager's daily production plan; make sure the shift achieves the desired output (Quantity) within the allotted time.
Manpower Management: Manage attendance, leaves, and shift handovers; assign operators and assistants to different workstations according to skill levels.
Process Monitoring: Keep an eye on the manufacturing process to make sure that technical specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed.
Quality Assurance: To reduce rejection rates and guarantee adherence to ISO/Quality standards, conduct routine spot checks on work-in-progress and completed goods.
Troubleshooting
and Maintenance: To minimize machine downtime, do basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the maintenance staff for any mechanical or electrical malfunctions.
Safety and 5S Compliance: Make sure that every employee is wearing the appropriate PPE and that the workspace is kept tidy and orderly in accordance with the 5S principles (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
