Job Description:
All manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure must be installed, repaired, and maintained under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor. This position guarantees that production lines run as efficiently as possible with the least amount of unscheduled downtime. In order to prioritize important repairs, you will oversee preventive maintenance schedules, manage a team of technicians, and work with production leaders. To maintain a safe and effective manufacturing
environment, the ideal applicant is a proactive leader with strong organizational abilities and technical mechanical/electrical experience.
Key Skills:
Technical Depth: Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC systems, and industrial electricity.
Project Management: Ability to manage machine installations or factory relocation projects.
Problem Solving: Proficiency in using tools like "5 Whys" to identify the source of recurring mechanical issues.
Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and senior management.
Experience: 3+ yrs
