Job Description
Experience: 2 to 4 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Shift Planning & Allocation: Make sure that every workstation is sufficiently staffed by organizing the personnel and allocating jobs in accordance with the daily production plan.
Production Monitoring: Keep track of real-time production progress in relation to hourly goals, and promptly address any variances.
Quality Assurance: Make sure that operators are conducting routine in-process inspections and that all goods produced during the shift meet quality standards.
Machine Utilization & Downtime Management: Keep an eye on machine performance and work with the maintenance staff to quickly fix any equipment malfunctions or technical
issues.
Safety and Compliance: Make sure that all team members wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safe work practices by enforcing strict adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
Manage attendance, settle internal complaints, and give operators on-the-job training to raise their skill levels.
