Responsibilities:
Production Execution: Carry out the daily production plan in accordance with the Production Manager's schedule to guarantee "On-Time" product delivery.
Shift Handover: Hold organized "Toolbox Meetings" at the beginning of the shift to guarantee a thorough transfer of machine status and outstanding tasks to the subsequent shift lead.
Minimize downtime by promptly identifying machine malfunctions or process deviations and working with the maintenance staff to get everything back up and running.
Quality Control: Keep an eye on online quality metrics and take prompt remedial action if products

deviate from the designated tolerance levels.
Safety & Discipline: To achieve a "Zero Accident" shift, enforce the usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) and make sure all safety procedures are followed.
Reporting: Create thorough shift reports that include information on labor attendance, production volume, downtime analysis, and any noteworthy incidents.

Required Skills:
Operational Leadership: The capacity to effectively manage floor-level conflicts and oversee a staff of more than thirty employees.
Technical Understanding: Knowledge of the particular equipment and utility systems (power, water, and air).
Time management: adept in setting priorities in order to fulfill hourly output targets.
