Job Description
Experience: 6 to 8 yrs

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Standard Compliance: Oversee the plant's adoption and upkeep of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 (Automotive) standards.
Plan and carry out internal system, process, and product audits as part of audit management. Organize and assist clients' and certifying bodies' external audits.
Document Control: Oversee the Control Plans, Work Instructions, SOPs, and Quality Manual. Make sure that the most recent approved version of every paperwork is present on the shop floor.
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Track how well CAPA for both internal and external non-conformities is working. Make use of resources such as Fishbone
Analysis, 5-Why, and 8D.
Management Review: Compile information for Management Review Meetings (MRM), such as audit results, quality objective trends, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
Supplier Quality Systems: Make sure suppliers' QMS complies with business needs by conducting system audits at their end.
