Job Description

Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Maintenance Planning & Strategy: Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to create and oversee the schedules for Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM).
Breakdown Analysis: Take the lead in troubleshooting major equipment malfunctions and carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to put long-term fixes in place.
Utility Management: Supervise the upkeep and functioning of plant utilities, such as water treatment facilities, boilers, chillers, air compressors, and DG sets.
Encourage the application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and include operators in independent
maintenance.
Spare Parts & Inventory Control: Keep an eye on the key spare parts inventory, making sure that high-lead-time products are stocked while maximizing the maintenance budget.
Contractor & Vendor Management: Oversee outside contractors and service providers throughout equipment installs, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and specialized repairs.
