Job Description

Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Preventative and predictive maintenance: Plan and carry out regular servicing and inspections to stop equipment failure before it happens.
Lead the diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems when a machine breaks down in order to promptly resume production.
RCA: Use techniques like "5 Whys" or "Ishikawa Diagrams" to look into recurring equipment failures and put long-term fixes in place.
Spare Parts Management: Keep an inventory of essential consumables and spares to guarantee availability while minimizing inventory expenses.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Work with outside
service providers to arrange equipment installs, AMC, and specialist repairs.
Oversee the upkeep of the plant's utilities, such as air compressors, boilers, chillers, DG sets, and electrical substations.
Safety and Compliance: Verify that all equipment satisfies safety requirements and complies with OHS and environmental laws.
