Be a QC Engineer and the Assurance of Quality
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Execution: Using designated measuring tools and inspection plans, perform critical and routine quality inspections on incoming supplies, in-process components, and finished goods.
FAI, or First Article Inspection: Before mass production begins, complete and record First Article Inspection (FAI) reports for new items or processes to ensure compliance.
Defect Identification: During an inspection, identify, document, and tag any non-conforming components or materials.
Rework/Scrap: Assist Production in overseeing efficient rework procedures or ensuring that scrap items are disposed of appropriately.
Standard
Adherence: Verify that every inspection process complies with both external regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Data Input: Add high-quality data to the statistical process control (SPC) system or quality database.
Soft Skills:
outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to precision.
excellent organizational abilities and a methodical approach to examination.
Effective communication is essential for promptly reporting flaws to production.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
