Job Description
Who you are:
Oversee the Quality Management System's (QMS) implementation and maintenance, making sure it complies with international standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485. To find deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guarantee compliance with "Control Plans," conduct routine internal audits of industrial processes. Ensure that quality is "designed-in" from the prototyping phase to mass production by spearheading the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process for new product launches. To proactively detect possible process failures and put in place high-detection mechanisms, facilitate and update Failure Mode and Effects Analysis papers.
Ensure that only the most recent versions of technical specifications, work instructions, and quality records are utilized on the shop floor by overseeing their approval, dissemination, and archiving.
