Be a Production Engineer and the Foundation of Producing
Job Description
What you do:
Daily Management: Keep an eye on daily production activities to make sure machinery, tools, and procedures run well in order to fulfill output goals and production schedules.
Resource Management: Work together with the Production Supervisor to maximize manpower allocation, material flow, and line setup in order to achieve production targets.
Cycle Time Reduction: Determine bottlenecks by analyzing production data and procedures, then apply engineering solutions to shorten
product cycle times.
Continuous Improvement: Take the lead and take part in Lean Manufacturing programs designed to cut waste and boost productivity.
Process Capability: Keep an eye on important process variables and carry out research to make sure processes function within predetermined statistical bounds.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
Salary: Best in the Industry
