Your Duties:
Assign daily tasks, make sure that staff and resources are used efficiently, and guide, motivate, and manage a team of maintenance specialists.
Monitor and evaluate the work of the maintenance personnel while providing coaching, technical guidance, and on-the-job training to improve technical competency.
Provide technical expertise and practical
assistance in resolving complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems on essential production equipment.
Decrease in Downtime In order to lower Average Repair, respond swiftly to equipment problems, prioritize repairs, and lead the team in taking swift corrective action. When
Ensure that all upkeep and repairs adhere to internal Quality Management System (QMS) specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
