Your Duties:
Develop, implement, and supervise comprehensive PM schedules and procedures for all essential plant equipment.
Troubleshooting is the primary technical method for rapidly locating and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with production equipment.
/>To quickly and safely resume production in the event that critical equipment fails, organize and oversee maintenance staff.
Schematics, wiring diagrams, maintenance guidelines, and equipment manuals should all be meticulously documented.
Achieve a balance between cost containment and the availability of critical repairs by optimizing the inventory of essential spare parts.
