Job Description:
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for assuring the highest uptime, dependability, and safety of all plant machinery and utility systems. Your role is to move the facility from "reactive" firefighting to "proactive" asset management. Complex mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems will be installed, troubleshooted, and repaired under your supervision. By implementing strict Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) schedules, you will avoid production bottlenecks and extend the lives
of high-value assets. The ideal applicant is a multi-skilled engineer who can identify a PLC malfunction one hour and repair a hydraulic leak the next.
Key Skills:
Technical versatility: extensive practical knowledge of electrical circuits, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Diagnostic Ability: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and reading complex schematics.
Software Knowledge: Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and basic PLC programming.
Leadership: The capacity to oversee a group of technicians and work with outside service providers.
Experience: 3+ yrs
