Job Description

Education: 10th, 12th or Above
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Load and carefully arrange raw materials, vices, and fixtures onto the VMC work table in compliance with the setup sheet and programmer instructions.
"Tool loading" refers to the process of installing, modifying, and presetting cutting tools into the tool changer or machine spindle.
Conduct comprehensive and frequent in-process quality inspections on machined goods using accurate measurement
instruments such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and bore gauges.
Accurately read and interpret engineering blueprints and project orders to determine dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish requirements.
While closely monitoring the machine's lubricant, coolant levels, and chip accumulation, carry out the necessary daily maintenance tasks.
Identify and report machine alarms, basic operational issues, or issues requiring a maintenance technician or CNC programmer.
