Assure Effective Dispatch Operations Lead Position
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Dispatch Incharge to join our Logistics team. As Dispatch Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers.
Requirements:
Plan and coordinate outbound shipments of finished goods to customers.
Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Maintain accurate records of all outbound shipments.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Communicate with customers regarding shipment schedules, delivery updates, and any potential delays.

Skills:
Strong understanding of logistics and transportation principles.
Knowledge of different modes of transportation (e.g., truck, rail, air, sea).
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, carriers, and internal departments.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in EEE
