Job Description

Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Process Validation & Monitoring: Verify that manufacturing adheres to the approved "Scientific Moulding" guidelines.
Dimensional Metrology: Verify part dimensions against 2D drawings and 3D models by conducting and supervising high-precision measurements using CMM, VMM, calipers, and custom gauges.
Defect Analysis & Troubleshooting: Determine and classify molding flaws, such as jetting, warping, sink marks, or silver streaks, and work with Tooling/Production to get rid of them.
Statistical Process Control: Track process capabilities and spot production trends or changes before they result in rejects by using
SPC software.
NPI & PPAP Execution: Take charge of the New Product Introduction's quality component, which includes creating PPAP papers, Control Plans, and PFMEAs for new molds.
Non-Conforming Material: Oversee the "Red Bin" area and direct the Material Review Board in determining how to handle rejected lots.
