Asst Manager Using QMS to Set Up a Quality Mindset
Job Description
Who you are:
Oversee the plant's adoption and upkeep of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 (Automotive) standards. Plan and carry out internal audits of products, processes, and systems. Organize and assist clients' and certifying bodies' external audits. Oversee the Control Plans, Work Instructions, SOPs, and Quality Manual. Make sure that the most recent approved version of every paperwork is present on the shop floor. Keep an eye on how well CAPA is working for both internal and external non-conformities. Make use of resources such as Fishbone Analysis, 5-Why, and 8D. Prepare information for Management Review Meetings (MRM), such as audit results,
quality objective trends, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ). Make sure suppliers' QMS complies with business standards by conducting system audits at their end.
