The demand is for a QMS Assistant Manager who is a system expert, capable of maintaining and evolving the Quality Management System to ensure seamless operational compliance and act as a foundation for continuous improvement and global market access. What you will do:
Managing the QMS documentation system, ensuring all policies, procedures, work instructions, and
records are current, controlled, and compliant with relevant standards.
Planning, executing, and documenting internal audits across various departments, identifying areas of non-conformance, and facilitating timely closure of findings.
Managing the CAPA system, ensuring effective root cause analysis and verification of long-term fixes across the organization.
Coordinating with department heads to track and report Quality KPIs, facilitating Management Review meetings, and preparing necessary documentation for external certification audits.
Providing QMS training and coaching to employees to foster a robust culture of quality awareness and compliance
