Job Description
Who you are:
Oversee the assembly lines' daily and weekly production plan execution and workflow, making sure that deadlines and output goals are fulfilled. Serve as the initial point of escalation for material, technical, and quality problems that arise on the assembly lines, arranging prompt resolution to reduce downtime. Track defect
rates, keep an eye on in-process quality data, and spearhead short-term problem-solving initiatives to get rid of assembly flaws and rework. Collaborate with the Production Engineer to standardize work procedures for all shifts and to improve and record best practices.
