Job Description
Your Contribution:
carrying out thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment malfunctions and recurring mould problems.
carrying out precise repairs on intricate mould parts (cores, cavities, slides, lifters), which call for welding, fitting, and polishing skills.
applying engineering changes to current equipment to fix persistent flaws and boost mould efficiency and dependability.
creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs) for tool room machine maintenance and emergency mould repair.
Prioritising preventative engineering projects and tooling refurbishments by analysing breakdown data using the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Experience: 2 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In And Around Chennai
