Asst Manager Excellent Assembly Line Efficiency
Job Description
Your Contribution:
Manage the day-to-day execution of the assembly schedule, ensuring timely completion of work orders and adherence to established production targets.
Strategically allocate manpower, tools, and materials across workstations to balance the line and prevent bottlenecks, ensuring optimal flow.
Actively participate in and support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee and conduct on-the-job training for
new hires and existing staff on safety, quality, and new assembly processes.
Ensure accurate recording of production output, labor hours, downtime, and material consumption in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or ERP system.
Experience: 6 to 9 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: BE in any Specialization
Location: In And Around Chennai
