The role of the Assistant Manager is evolving into a key process owner and leadership coach, leveraging real-time data to drive efficiency, maximize throughput, and empower teams to achieve zero-defect assembly in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Outcomes:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the assembly line, including supervision of line leaders and operators, enforcing standard
work procedures, and managing the allocation of resources. Your expertise in lean manufacturing, balancing production lines, and rapidly troubleshooting assembly bottlenecks will be crucial. You will monitor key performance indicators like DPH and OEE, and lead initiatives to improve safety, efficiency, and quality, directly contributing to meeting our delivery commitments.
Experience: 6 to 8 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
