Job Description
Who you are:
Focus on high-margin industries and find and enter new injection-molded component market niches.
Work with client R&D teams to offer suggestions for suitable polymer grades for particular applications and to offer feedback on Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
Oversee the Request for Quote (RFQ) procedure, working with the Production and Tool Room teams to determine shot weights, cycle times, and tooling expenses.
Establish and preserve enduring connections with Tier-1 suppliers and current OEMs to guarantee recurring business and yearly price increases (RM indexing).
To keep a competitive edge, keep an eye on market trends, rival prices,
and new developments in multi-shot or insert molding technology.
Create quarterly and monthly sales reports that follow the "Sales Pipeline" from initial inquiry to "SOP."
