Job Description
Experience: 7+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
What You will do:
Market Identification and Penetration: You will actively seek out new business prospects, target prospective customers, and produce qualifying leads in pertinent industries that need high-precision injection-molded components.
Technical Solution Selling: To comprehend client project needs, assess technical viability, and create strong bids for tooling and production services, you will work closely with
the Engineering and Estimating teams.
Relationship Management: As the principal point of contact during the acquisition phase, you will establish and preserve solid, trustworthy relationships with important decision-makers (Purchasing, Engineering, R&D) at potential client firms.
Tender and Contract Management: You will oversee every step of the bidding process, including answering RFQs and RFPs, negotiating terms and conditions, and making sure that all contractual agreements are in line with the company's profitability goals.
