Asst Manager Assembly Line Planning Production Control
Job Description
Experience: 6+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
What You will do:
Operational Execution: You will manage daily assembly operations for your assigned area/shift, ensuring production schedules are met, resources are efficiently utilized, and workflow remains uninterrupted.
Process Optimization: You will actively monitor assembly processes, identify deviations, and implement Lean manufacturing principles to continuously improve efficiency, reduce non-value-added time, and minimize assembly defects.
Quality Assurance: You will work directly with the Quality team to enforce
assembly standards, conduct in-process quality audits, and implement immediate Corrective Actions for any deviations or quality issues identified on the line.
Team Leadership and Training: You will assist in coaching, mentoring, and developing Assembly Line Supervisors and Operators, conducting on-the-job training for new procedures and machinery, and fostering a strong culture of accountability and teamwork.
Reporting and Analysis: You will track and report on key assembly performance indicators such as First Pass Yield, cycle time, and adherence to schedule, utilizing data to recommend strategic improvements to management.
