Who You Are:
You play a crucial role as an operational thinker and front-line leader at our Injection Moulding factory as the Assistant Manager of Assembly Production.
You will be directly in charge of a significant portion of the assembly floor operations, supervising shift supervisors,
and spearheading important process improvement projects.
You will report to the production manager. We directly meet daily production targets and quality criteria thanks to your efficient team management and efficiency-focused approach.
