Your main goal is to become a skilled technician by learning how to use hand tools, comprehending technical drawings, and upholding high standards of quality. You are the cornerstone of the production process, making sure that separate parts come together to create a useful end result. A meticulous person with a high mechanical aptitude and a desire to work in a fast-paced, disciplined team atmosphere is the ideal applicant.
Responsibilities
Learning and Skill Acquisition: Get thorough instruction in workstation setup, assembly procedures, and the proper use of manual, electric, and pneumatic tools.
Component Assembly: To precisely attach, screw, bolt, or solder components together, adhere to "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOPs).
Blueprint Reading: To comprehend part orientation and location, learn how to analyze simple engineering
drawings, circuit diagrams, or assembly manuals.
Quality Check: Before transferring the item to the next station, conduct simple visual inspections to find flaws like scratches, loose connections, or missing parts.
Workstation Maintenance: To guarantee efficiency and safety, keep your workspace neat and orderly by applying 5S principles.
Material handling: Make sure the right fasteners and parts are on hand at the workstation, and notify the supervisor of any shortages.
Skills:
Manual dexterity is the capacity to precisely handle small parts or repeated jobs with good hand-eye coordination.
fundamental Mathematics: The capacity to utilize simple measuring tools, such as scales or rulers, and carry out fundamental computations.
Active Listening: The capacity to strictly adhere to spoken directives from trainers and supervisors.
Teamwork: Having a cooperative mindset to function well in a fast-paced assembly line setting.
