Assembly Trainee No Experience Required
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Component Assembly: Acquire the skills necessary to use power and hand tools to fit, align, and fasten components together.
Reading Blueprint & SOP: To comprehend the proper assembly sequence, review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and basic technical drawings.
Line Preparation: Help arrange the workstation and make sure that all necessary bolts, nuts, and parts are available and prepared for the shift.
Quality Self-Checks: Acquire the ability to see typical flaws like surface scratches, loose connections, and cross-threading and report them right away.
Testing & Validation: Assist senior personnel in conducting fundamental functional tests on finished units to guarantee proper operation prior to packaging.
Soldering
and Wiring: Receive instruction on how to solder electronic sub-assemblies or make simple electrical connections.
Safety Adherence: Keep your workspace hygienic and free of hazards, and make sure you completely adhere to PPE instructions.
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
Education: 10th, 12th or Above
