Assembly Line Helper Manufacturing Unit
Job Description
Duties:
Material handling involves loading and unloading components, finished commodities, or raw materials from delivery trucks and transporting them to certain production or storage locations.
Machine Assistance: Feed raw materials into machinery and remove completed products after the cycle is ended to help machine operators.
Shop Floor Maintenance: To ensure a hazard-free environment, keep the work space tidy and orderly by clearing up sawdust, scrap metal, and industrial trash.
Tool Preparation: To save downtime during machine setups, collect, clean, and deliver hand tools or specialist equipment to technicians.
Basic Assembly: Under the guidance of a senior lead, carry out basic manual operations
like sanding, deburring, packing, or labeling products.
Quality Support: Before sending parts to the next stage of production, visually verify them for glaring flaws.
Focus Skills:
Physical stamina: capacity to undertake recurrent physical tasks, carry large objects (up to 25 kg), and stand for extended periods of time.
Reliability: A strong sense of timeliness and a dedication to finishing work without continual supervision.
The ability to read labels, safety warnings, and simple work instructions.
Safety awareness is the capacity to adhere to stringent industrial safety regulations and a cautious mindset.
