Designing and carrying out planned maintenance programs (PM) and using condition-monitoring techniques to anticipate problems are two aspects of preventive and predictive maintenance. Leading the quick response to equipment failures and carrying out root cause analysis (RCA) to guarantee that technical problems are fixed permanently is known as reactive maintenance and troubleshooting. Supervise the upkeep and functioning of the plant's utilities, such as the electricity distribution units, boilers, air compressors, and HVAC systems. Ensure that new manufacturing machinery complies with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications by supervising its installation, leveling, and testing. Oversee Annual
Maintenance Contracts for sophisticated equipment and work with outside service providers to arrange specialized fixes. Put TPM techniques into practice and train production workers in "autonomous maintenance" so they may carry out routine daily inspections.
