Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Component Preparation: Acquire the ability to recognize, classify, and arrange subassemblies and raw materials in accordance with the "Bill of Materials" (BOM).
Basic Assembly: On a production line, manually assemble parts by bolting, screwing, clipping, or soldering them together.
Tool Operation: Become proficient with both pneumatic and manual tools while following safety procedures.
Learn how to read wire diagrams, assembly work instructions, and basic technical drawings.
Quality Self-Inspection: To ensure that your work satisfies requirements, learn how to use simple measuring tools.
Line Support: Using "5S" principles, help senior assembly operators load and unload machinery
and keep their workstation tidy and orderly.
Safety Compliance: Pay close attention to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) regulations and notify the supervisor right away of any hazards at work.
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
Education: Any ITI / Diploma Graduation
