Job Description
To supervise the upkeep and dependability of every utility system in our Chennai manufacturing and processing facilities, we are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Utility Maintenance Engineer. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, water treatment, and other vital utility systems is necessary for this position, which is crucial for maintaining continuous operations.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all utility systems, including electrical power distribution, HVAC, compressed air, water treatment (RO, DM, etc.), steam generation, and fire protection systems.
Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, gas) and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost reduction.
Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment

history, and utility consumption.
Respond to utility-related emergencies and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Train and supervise maintenance technicians on utility maintenance procedures and best practices.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of the principles and operation of various utility systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, water treatment, steam, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals for utility systems.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software (CMMS) for planning and tracking maintenance activities.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to utility equipment and systems.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in EEE
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
