Job Description
Who you are:
Make sure new equipment satisfies performance requirements and safety standards by supervising its on-site setup and calibration. To increase the equipment's lifespan, carry out planned maintenance schedules to check, lubricate, and replace worn parts. Use technical manuals and specialized diagnostic tools to identify the underlying reasons of equipment failures so that quick on-site repairs can be made. Solve automation and control logic problems by troubleshooting motor drives, sensors, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Provide technical seminars on safe machine operation and routine daily maintenance to client
operators and maintenance personnel. Keep thorough service reports that document machine history, operating hours, and particular technical problems that have been encountered.
