Job Description

Overseeing daily production activities, identifying areas for process improvement, putting lean manufacturing ideas into practice, and making sure that output targets are fulfilled effectively and to the highest quality standards are all crucial tasks for a production engineer. There is a great chance to directly influence our manufacturing capabilities in this capacity.
Responsibilities:
To reach goals and clear bottlenecks, track manufacturing output, examine performance statistics, and take remedial action.
Reduce cycle times and streamline processes
by putting Lean Manufacturing ideas into practice.
Take part in production-related root cause analysis (RCA) and carry out corrective and preventative measures (CAPA).
To satisfy production demands, make sure that labour is used as efficiently as possible and that resources are distributed wisely.
Encourage a culture where safety comes first and carry out routine safety audits and checks.
Qualification:
hands-on experience applying Lean Manufacturing techniques.
the capacity to understand and comprehend manufacturing schedules, process flows, and technical drawings.
It is advantageous to have a basic understanding of ERP or production planning software.
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
