Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Oversee the mold trials' quality aspect, conduct First Article Inspections, and authorize gold samples for mass manufacturing.
Use control charts to track important aspects of quality in order to spot patterns and stop errors before they happen.
Analyze the "Moulding Window" and modify process settings to find and fix moulding flaws.
To confirm part accuracy and material characteristics, use moisture analyzers, profile projectors, and CMMs.
To make sure that gauges and operators are producing precise and reliable data, conduct measurement systems analysis.
Establish boundary samples and visual inspection standards to help operators distinguish between cosmetic faults
that are acceptable and those that should be rejected.
Verify that the arriving inserts and raw materials fulfill the requirements of the technical data sheet by evaluating their quality.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Any Specialization
