An expert technical worker known as a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator is in charge of running automated equipment to create very precise metal or plastic parts. Your main goal is to make sure the machine operates efficiently and produces parts that precisely fit technical specifications and designs. In order to ensure quality, you will monitor the machine's performance and make adjustments in real time, bridging the gap between digital design and physical production. The ideal applicant
is meticulous, at ease with mechanical troubleshooting, and has a solid grasp of measures and industrial safety.
Key Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of 5-axis machines, CNC mills, and lathes.
Mastery of precision instruments (Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge) is necessary for measurement accuracy.
Mathematical Proficiency: Fundamental knowledge of algebra and geometry to compute offsets and dimensions.
Stamina and Focus: The capacity to stand for extended periods of time and focus intently while performing repeated, high-precision tasks.
Experience: 3 to 6 Yrs
