Job Description
A motivated and highly skilled electronics specialist is needed to join our dynamic team. You will be crucial to the upkeep and proper operation of our company's electronic systems and equipment in your role as an electronics technician. Some of the numerous electronic devices you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining include computers, peripherals, telecom equipment, and other electronic systems.
What you will do:
Diagnose and fix issues with electronic devices, such as servers, network devices, printers, scanners, and PCs.
Fix and swap out malfunctioning parts, including memory, hard drives, motherboards, and peripherals.
Install and set up
new computer peripherals and systems.
Provide prompt, courteous support to users when they ask for it.
What we need:
solid knowledge of computer software and hardware.
competence in diagnosing and fixing computer peripherals and systems.
outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
ability to convey technical information to end users in a clear and succinct manner.
