Job Description
Your Contribution:
SPC Implementation: To keep the process under control, monitor important process parameters and stop deviations by implementing and maintaining statistical process control procedures.
Methods of Inspection: Choose and specify suitable testing, inspection, and measurement techniques, including the use of sophisticated measuring tools.
Calibration: To guarantee accuracy and traceability, oversee the calibration and maintenance program for all measuring and testing apparatus.
Root Cause Analysis: Using techniques like 8D, Fishbone Diagrams, and 5 Whys, lead a methodical Root Cause
Analysis for significant internal non-conformances, scrap, and customer complaints.
Supplier Quality: Define incoming material quality requirements and address supplier-related quality issues in collaboration with Supplier Quality Engineers.
Audit Support: Prepare the required paperwork and make sure the process is ready to support internal, customer, and third-party audits.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
